We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Return Agreement
All returns must be pre-authorized by Customer Service. All returns will require an RMA number to be generated.
All parts and accessories purchased on Taglory.com are non-returnable unless an incorrect item is received or the item arrives damaged.
Products must be returned in their original packaging in new and resalable condition within thirty (30) days.
Products must be returned in their original condition: free from alteration, abuse, neglect or accident. Proper maintenance is a must.
All packaging materials, instructions and parts must be returned. Any missing parts or damage will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not accept any returned products with any persistent damage.
A restocking fee of 15% - 25% will be charged depending on the situation.
If you have used your order more than thirty (30) days after you received it, you will not be eligible for return, refund or replacement.
To keep you completely satisfied and to maintain our low prices, our shipping charges are not refunded or reimbursed for any reason. This includes all shipping costs: first shipment and returns. Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
All refunds will be made to the original method of payment. In any event, where the original method of payment is no longer available to receive a refund, appropriate proof and documentation will be required. It is at Taglory's sole discretion whether alternative payment methods may be accepted when issuing a refund.
Please retain all packaging materials (boxes, trays, tray ties, etc.), instruction manuals and device parts during the warranty period as they must be returned with the product. We do not accept any products without packaging materials. If you do not have packing materials, you can contact us to obtain necessary packing materials, but the cost of packing materials will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Process
Step 1: Email your return request to taglory@everclaw.com within thirty (30) days of receiving your order. Include a description and photo explaining the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.
Step 2: Once Customer Service approves your request, you will be issued an RMA number. Please print the RMA number on standard letter size paper and make two (2) copies. Please fix the paper outside the box. Our warehouse will not accept returns without an RMA number.
Step 3: Please send the item back to us as soon as possible.
Step 4: Once your return is received at our warehouse, we will process your return within three (3) to five (5) business days. Once your return has been confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two (2) billing cycles for it to be credited to your account or we will arrange for an exchange subject to condition. Items returned under unacceptable conditions will not be processed as a refund and may be shipped back to you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Our products are in perfect condition 99% of the time, but we still ask our customers to inspect the products upon delivery.
If there is minor damage (damaged parts/bumped product sent in transit), but the unit is still functional, accept the unit and email us a damage claim at taglory@everclaw.com so the parts can be shipped to you. You can get more details in our Warranty Policy .
A 25% restocking fee will apply if you reject a product in working condition, so please use your best judgment.
If the product is damaged in such a bad way that it cannot be used, please contact TAGLORY customer service with the delivery driver present. We will evaluate the situation and issue a return number upon confirmation. Returns without a return number will be rejected by our warehouse.
If you have accepted your shipment and believe the equipment is damaged beyond repair, you will need to send photos of the damage to file a claim with the carrier. Filing a claim will enable the carrier to retrieve the device and return it to our warehouse. If a claim cannot be made, the return will be considered a normal return and the return agreement will apply to your refund.
cancel order
Cancellations must be made by email only.
Cancellation of shipped order or rejection for reasons other than damage, buyer is responsible for initial shipping, return shipping and a 25% restocking fee to cover the time, labor and materials invested in preparing the shipment.
Parts and Replacement
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will ship the part in accordance with our warranty policy.
If a part doesn't work out, a replacement can be sent as long as the exact item is available.
Send back your original item using the return label provided to you. You will need to return the original item within 5 days to avoid paying for the original item and the replacement item.
A replacement order will be created within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item and will ship at the same rate as the original item.
A replacement cannot be created for an item that has been previously returned and exchanged once.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
